AssessmentWhether you call it an intake, a mental health evaluation, or a diagnostic assessment, the first appointment with a therapist can make people nervous. We do our best to alleviate some of that anxiety by explaining the paperwork you are completing and signing. We offer optional online intake forms, or you may complete traditional paper forms in-office. We conduct a thorough bio-psycho-social interview, establish your desired treatment plan, and explore factors that influence your ability to manage stress. Regular intake assessments may last 45-60 minutes. We provide unbiased services to all individuals regardless of circumstance.
