Individual Therapy for AdultsAdults, or those individuals over the age of 18, will complete the attached questionnaire and consent forms. Appointments will be scheduled via email based on availability provided.

Couples TherapyACT Services is now providing Gottman Couples Therapy! Appointments will be scheduled once both/all people have completed their own questionnaire.
