Victoria "Tori" Carroll, MS, LMHC, MHP, CMHS is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at ACT Services and in the State of Washington. She also holds State designations as a Mental Health Professional, Child Mental Health Specialist and an approved clinical supervisor. Tori brings to ACT Services over 11 years of experience providing mental health therapy, clinical supervision, psychometry, comprehensive diagnostic assessment, advocacy for victims of crime, and case management. Tori provides services to adults, children, teens, and families utilizing EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy) with an interest in treating PTSD/CPTSD (complex/post-traumatic stress disorder), first responders/military, anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive concerns.

Jessica “Jess” Haberman, MS, NCC, LMHC, SUDPT, MHP, CMHS is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Substance Use Disorder Practitioner Trainee at ACT Services and in the State of Washington as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. She is also designated in Washington State as a Mental Health Professional and a Child Mental Health Specialist. Jess brings to ACT Services over 6 years of experience providing mental health therapy, comprehensive diagnostic assessment, and case management. She has additional experience providing support in group therapy and crisis intervention obtained prior to her master’s degree. Jess provides services to adults and teens by utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) with an interest in treating depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship struggles.

Kerry Hill, MA, LMHC, MHP, CMHS is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington. She is also designated in Washington State as a Mental Health Professional and Child Mental Health Specialist. Kerry Holds a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Eastern Washington University. Kerry brings to ACT Services 11 years of experience providing mental health therapy, comprehensive diagnostic assessment, case management, group therapy, and crisis intervention. Kerry has completed advanced training in TF-CBT (trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy), CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy), and also utilizes motivational interviewing and person-centered treatment methods. Kerry provides services to adults, children, and teens with an interest in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and grief/loss.

Rebecca Solom, MS, LMHC, MHP is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at ACT Services and in the State of Washington. She is designated in Washington State as a Mental Health Professional. Rebecca holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lewis-Clark State College. Rebecca brings to ACT Services over 7 years of experience providing mental health therapy, comprehensive diagnostic assessment, case management, group therapy, and crisis intervention. Rebecca provides services to adults and teens by utilizing person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, somatic experiencing, DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), and mindfulness-based therapies, as well as EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) with an interest in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, complicated grief, and more.

Cami Huysman, MA, LMHC, NCC, CCH, MHP, CMHS is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington and Owner of ACT Services. She also holds State designations as a Mental Health Professional and Child Mental Health Specialist in addition to being a Nationally Certified Counselor and an approved clinical supervisor. Cami provides services to adults, children, and teens with over 13 years of experience including mental health therapy, comprehensive diagnostic assessment, crisis management, clinical supervision, trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy, TF-CBT supervision, parenting strategies, and offender supervision. She has an additional 6 years of experience in advocacy for victims of crime and case management obtained prior to her master's degree. In February 2015, Cami became the second Nationally Certified TF-CBT Therapist in Spokane.
