Careers
If you are an ethical and dynamic individual who loves meaningful work, let’s talk! ACT Services is seeking new rockstars to join our team due to an increased demand for quality care. It’s important you know how much we pride ourselves on providing Spokane with the best, most dedicated therapists. We strive to continuously learn and evolve, as evidence-based practices are complementary to our mission. This isn’t our job… it’s our calling in life. We work hard to bring the highest-quality clinical services to our clients. Success is a byproduct of that hard work, and it’s well-deserved.
As a practice, we work specifically with high functioning individuals dealing with life, mostly in the form of depression, anxiety, relationship problems, work conflicts or dissatisfaction, trauma, and adjustment concerns. We truly love what we do and feel honored to get the opportunity to work with people through their difficult times. Our clients are often the people who “suffer in silence” for the sake of others; we get the opportunity to help them deepen their core sense of self, dedicate themselves to continuous growth, cultivate greater satisfaction, heal old wounds, and live a more full life. It’s AMAZING! We do not accept the age-old narrative of therapy; we change the outdated notions as we help heal through evidence-based practices. We flourish as our community heals; we see no benefit to keeping people in therapy for prolonged periods.
Our therapists do this work as a craft, not a job. We all want to see our clients succeed and we want to thrive along with them. We take pride in our clients knowing we genuinely care about their lives and have the know-how to understand their stories at a deeper level. We are working to increase our ability to not pathologize their experiences through knowledge and the ability to conceptualize our clients in a more holistic manner without the constraints of some bureaucracies. However, we don’t want to limit access to care either, so our therapists understand meeting the needs of both clients and insurance companies sometimes is a necessity. Our therapists have immense support in helping them find the right client fit to bring the best therapeutic results. This alliance is what transforms our client’s lives. We encourage creativity and foster the space for our clinicians to be their authentic selves in the workplace. Our team is awesome. This is a great role for people who have a big ambition to make an impact but would rather build a practice as part of a team than do it on their own, because really – that’s not a lot of fun and gets super lonely!
ACT hires the most dedicated, gifted, growth-minded people out there. As we continue building our team, our aim is to have a staff that represents our community. We are proud to promote destigmatization, privacy, and ethics and in practice. BIPOC and people that come from various backgrounds in all respects (sexual orientation, SES, geographic region, spirituality, age, etc.) are encouraged to apply.

Employee Benefits
ACT was founded as a solution to agency practice and solo practice alike; a group practice that has the benefits of agency work with the flexibility of your own practice, without the micromanaging and productivity requirements that so often lead to burnout. If you're looking for a team environment where you can work independently, ACT may be the right place for you.
- Work/life balance is important to us. We work with employees to find a schedule that works to meet the needs of both of us. We do not provide services on the weekend, so rest assured: that time is yours for recovery.
- As a W2 employee, you are paid weekly. Clinical positions are not subjected to the hassles of solo practice that include waiting for claim reimbursement, nor are they penalized for claim denials or claw backs. In true solo private practice, income is unpredictable.
- Medical, dental, and vision
- All positions are eligible for our 401(k) contribution match - no session minimum
- Cafeteria plan including paid time off, utility stipend, HSA contribution, and professional training
- Professional liability insurance included with employment
- $125,000 Life insurance and AD&D policy paid by ACT
